Common antenna problems I see
The coastal strip cops a fair bit of weather. Antennas in Hillarys, Mullaloo, Sorrento take a beating from salt air and storms. If yours is more than 10-15 years old and you're getting pixelation or dropouts, it's probably time.
I also see a lot of old analogue antennas that were never upgraded to digital. They sort of work, but you're not getting all the channels and the picture quality is ordinary. A proper digital antenna makes a big difference.
The other common one is signal splitting gone wrong — someone's added a few extra TV points over the years and the signal's now too weak by the time it gets to the last TV. A signal booster or better splitter usually fixes it.
